I used to feel I could candidly write about anything online and did so, to an extent - I kept a lot behind curtains and only some allusions to situations, yet as the years go by, my desire for privacy heightens.Alternatively I feel it is a fear of exposure or a fear of intimacy, one can wear many masks and feel so safe, but the void of loneliness that can grow, even for an introvert, can be crushing.

Honesty is the best policy... but as the strength of the internet grows and as I grow up from a girl into something older, that statement raises my inner eyebrow. With all the masks we wear daily to be what we need to in order to survive... there's honesty in the masks but it's also such an act...

I write more candid poetry on my Instagram - search the tag #tahtirambles if you're interested.

If there was something to see here, it would already be there...
